If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. Please ensure that you first contact us via email ([email protected]).

 

Return period: The return period is within 30 days after you receive the goods. Within this period, you can apply for a return.

Product issue: If the received product has quality issues, does not match the description, is damaged, or contains unknown error information at the time of purchase, customers can apply for a refund.

Service issue: If our services fail to meet the promised standards or descriptions, resulting in customers not receiving the expected value or experience, customers can apply for a refund.

Time limit: Unless there are special exceptions, customers are required to submit a refund request within a reasonable time (7-14 days) after purchase.

Evidence provision: In order to process a refund request, customers may need to provide relevant evidence such as product photos, order numbers, transaction records, and screenshots of incorrect information.

2、 Return Policy

Our return policy specifies the specific conditions under which customers can return goods and receive refunds:

Return deadline: Customers need to submit a return request within a specific number of days after purchase.

Product status: The returned product must remain in its original condition, unused or damaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return cost: Unless otherwise specified, the shipping cost for returns is usually borne by the customer.

Exception: Some products, such as customized items, consumables, or opened items, may not be eligible for a return policy.

3、 Cancel policy

Our cancellation policy applies to situations where customers need to unsubscribe, book, or schedule services:

Cancellation deadline: Customers need to submit a cancellation request within a specific time before the subscription, reservation, or appointment takes effect.

Cancellation fee: Depending on the time of cancellation and the nature of the service, customers may need to pay a certain cancellation fee.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • The product has quality problems or is damaged.
  • The item received does not match what you ordered.
  • This item was damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Damage or loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to explain the reason for your return and related questions.

Step 2: Our customer service representative will provide you with return instructions and confirm the return address.

Step 3: Pack the returned goods intact and send them back to the designated return address. Please ensure your items are properly protected and retain relevant proof of postage.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products, product quality issues), we will provide a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s preference (e.g., dislike, wrong product/size ordered), the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after your purchase. If your payment has been processed and the parcel has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before delivery and receive a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.

Try to keep the item in its original condition and provide all relevant accessories, labels and packaging materials in the return packaging.

 

As needed, provide photos as return material to better understand your issue and process your request.
